You're will love this! If for any reason your OBIGE product isn't perfectly perfect, we'll take it back. Whether it's just not what you thought it would be or it stopped working properly, we want to make it right. Simply send it back to us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll happily refund your money. A whole month – no joke! That should put a smile on your face!

Return Instructions:

For faster processing of your return, call us at 030-396-5801 for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Then, just fill in the RMA# on your RMA form which was attached to the packing list.
Affix the return label to the outside of your return shipment, enclose the packing slip, and send it back to any of our authorized re-sellers or call us for more information on pickup.

*Please note that replacement parts may not be available if the product has been discontinued.

Return Policy :
Upon receipt of your return request, we will arrange for a quality check to examine the complaint of the product being faulty/defective. Upon successful validation of the complaint we will process your request for return / replacement with regard to the faulty/defective electronic item(s).

The returns/replacements will be accepted for only those items which are found to be faulty/defective.

Items that you return should not be used, altered/tampered or soiled. All original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, accessories such as Headphones, iReader Pen (Talking Pen), Pendrives Interactive Books, Bags and any Accessorizes etc. should be intact. The courier or our authorized retail shops or partners will not accept your item in absence of  these.

Items with locks/passwords should be returned unlocked/disabled.
Replacements will depend on the availability of the item.
Refund or replacement will be initiated once we receive your item and pass it through the necessary quality checks.

In case the replacement item is out of stock, we will refund your amount.
